About Inner Glow

Inner Glow coaching is a personal coaching service that works with individuals going through transitional phases of life. We work to develop lifelong tools which will set you up to lead of fulfilling and meaningful life. Throughout our coaching sessions, we will prepare to overcome barriers and set life and health goals. Coaching sessions are done via Zoom or in-person if you are local.

My Story

Hello! Welcome to Inner Glow Coaching, my name is Gabby and I am so excited to begin our journey together.

As a Women's Health Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, retired collegiate swimmer, and empath, I work to create an environment that focuses on the individual and their growth as a unique and empowered being. 
 

I began this journey to becoming a mentor and coach after many years as a swim coach and fitness professional working to enhance lives and facilitate positive lifestyle behaviors. After leaving collegiate swimming, I struggled with finding my identity and strengths out of the pool. It took many years before I felt confident and sure about myself and what I wanted to do. This transition was of the many I have overcome and through my experiences and training as a health coach, fitness specialist, and athletic coach, I know my passion is to help others ease their stress and anxiety during times of transition and uncertainty.
Making connections and seeing the growth and glow of others inspires me to continue to become the best version of myself. By working one on one we will develop a program that is one of a kind, just for you! 

 

I create a safe space to speak, ask questions, and explore without judgment where we will develop a powerful toolkit to navigate through challenges. I will be there with support and care every step of the way.

Types of Transitions 

Below are some common types of transitions I work with.

  • leaving collegiate or professional sports

  • transitioning into or out of the military

  • leaving or starting a new job

  • moving homes

  • starting high school

  • ending or beginning a relationship 

  • moving back home

How Transition Coaching Works

Consult: a 15-minute free consultation to determine if coaching is right for you. 

Sign-up: Choose between 3, 6, or 9-month coaching programs.

Initial discovery call: a 90-minute call to get to know each other and decide on a path forward.

Weekly sessions: weekly coaching sessions up to 60-minutes each.

  • In our weekly sessions, we will develop a toolkit to reduce stress, increase productivity and confidence, set clear visions and goals, and create positive behavior changes. 

Follow-up and accountability: throughout our time together, you will have unlimited access to our email and messaging services. Ask questions and follow up with tasks.
